Everything is good it’s been 2 years with it

Needed a laptop for my small business ad since we use chromebooks at te school I reach at this was an easy choice. The price was right for what I bought and I am very pleased with its performance. Was totally sold on the color but happy with it now. Helps my husband keep from using mine instead of his.

Well priced, easy setup & solid feeling laptop. I had purchased another HP laptop and was having a really hard time setting it up & navigating to what I needed. I went ahead and purchased this HP Chromebook just to see if it was easier to use & setup & it was a breeze!! Was able to log into my Google account and transfer all of my desktop/startup info, all my tabs & of course, my Google email as well as all of my Google drive & docs. I am extremely pleased with my purchase. Returning the other laptop & will probably buy another one of these for my husband, as he is currently working on one that is over 10 years old!

I am accustomed to using Mac products so this is my first ever experience with a chrome book. It’s really not awful, it took me awhile to get accustomed to using it. It does almost everything that I need to do. I just wanted something basic where I could throw it in the car and now stress about breaking it. I basically surf the internet, pay bills, and do basic work zoom calls. It does what I need it to do. Sometimes the tasks takes me longer if I doing something more complicated just because I’m learning a non-Mac platform. The touch screen feature is nice and the volume on it is loud. Seems to be good quality for a very low price.

Great Chromebook, colors are beautiful and the large screen is a big step up from my previous Chromebook. As others have stated, this does not come with the SD port but I don't need it. The screen is a littly funky in that you have to have it at exactly the right angle to view it without being distorted, but I'm getting used to it. Volume is great, battery life is fantastic and watching movies is so fun on this. Overall very happy with my HP Chromebook.

Easy to setup and use.

Got the Chromebook in today, opened, and found that, like others have expressed, the chromebook did NOT have a feature it was claimed. The photos shown AND the bullet points under the "About the product" spot clearly state that it comes with a SD Card reader. When I opened the package, there was a note in it saying "Read This First" which immediately claims that "some models don't have the reader. WTF? That's not the place you say that sort of thing. You need to have it in the description, or its fraud. There is only one photo, that causally notes that the SD Reader is not included as an unchecked box. That, is disturbing since it means that they knew it doesn't yet claimed it does in the details/text. Other than that, Screen is a lackluster 720. Not bad, but meh... touch screen response is good. As a brand new chromebook, it's response timeseemed pleasant. VERY LIGHT, feels like it could be broken or tossed around easily. Good for a responsible kid if they exist. Without an SD Card, it's useless to a person who needs to travel and need access to extra, non-cloud-allowed data.

Perfect, easy to use, easy to set up! Love it!
