I have always had difficulty falling asleep Ever since I was a child, I've gotten used to lying awake at 3:00 AM. So I didn't expect much with this product... I was pleasantly surprised! No, it doesn't put me to sleep... but it helps me STAY asleep, and that's huge.The flavor is delicious! Creamy and with a wonderful smooth texture. It's a wonderful end-of-the-day reward that I look forward to.NOTE however:... Melatonin CAN cause diarrhea in older persons. How do I know? >blush< You don't wanna know. Just something to watch out for. NOT the product's fault... it's just physiological. WELL WORTH IT for the sleep!

I ordered the dark chocolate good day melatonin because I like the taste and feel it’s better to use dark rather than milk. I ordered that and it’s not a cheap product, although it was discounted some - probably because it was really milk chocolate. I was disappointed I couldn’t replace the unopened bottles.

Easy to take

We received the bottle almost a week ago. I have bought these for quite a few months now. Our grandson has sleeping issues. Which is common with autism. These have really helped him a lot! In Turn help us sleep!I will say, There’s always broken ones. But we go through trying to put together a dosage. Not a huge ordeal.However this time. Im so not happy! I did order them in time to not miss any days. I gave myself an extra week. Thinking maybe I’d change to reoccurring refills.We opened the package and we were very unhappy! The were in a clumped mess! No way to separate most of these. They were already stuck like glue.There were a few near bottom he could use. So he took it. But here’s the next issue: HE HATED THE TASTE! Im guessing the clumped mess may have something to do with it. He is refusing to take them now.Im attaching a photo. And I will update when I find out what they will be doing about this issue. Too much money to be wasted!***Re: picture- How is he expected to take this?? ***Right now..I'm up in air whether we will repurchase.1* because zero not option . ( based solely on this purchase)Others were easy 4. A 5* would be if more were not broken than are. Just a pain trying figure how much makes a whole one when so many broken pieces.

Note - my 5-star review is based on the PRODUCT and how well it works, I don't want Good Day to suffer because of a bad shipping experience. If this review were based on the condition at arrival, it would be a 3 star review.I ordered this dosage (3mg) from Amazon and ordered a different dosage (1mg) from where I usually buy this product on the same day (that retailer does not carry the 3mg dose). Both bottles arrived a few days later. The one from Amazon arrived with some "chocolates semi-melted, some broken apart. The ones from the other retailer arrived in perfect condition.I LOVE the Good Day product, it works really well, but I was looking for a way to get the right dosage without consuming 3 per day (they are awesome, but not inexpensive) so I was pretty disappointed in the condition it arrived in.

I have used this product for several months, and it helps me at night to ease into sleep. It is delicious if you are a chocolate lover, and easy to taker.
