Greatest kept secret
Have never heard of the product and just wasn't finding what I needed. These are soft, comfortable and not too thick for shoes. Best I have found so far. Others are either too rigid too thick or not comfortable.

Started to get torn up after a week
These were way over-rated in my opinion. They were thin, not very much cushion or support, and they started to get torn up after maybe 20 miles of walking causing pain and blisters on the ball of my feet. These were so bad I had to return them; I definitely do not recommend them.

Life saving
I have been using these in all my footwear for at least 25 years. A lot of my peers have had knee and hip replacements. I am overweight but my knees and hips are fine. I attribute that to these insoles. They work best if you buy footwear that come with insoles that you can replace.
