Initially, I bought the liquid chlorophyll to help clear up my skin from pimples, pimple scars, and to close my pores. I was not entirely sure if liquid chlorophyll actually helped with improving facial conditions but I brought liquid chlorophyll since I figured the benefits greatly outweighed the cons. In respect to facials, I have not seen much of a difference in my skin so everything is still pretty much the same. However, liquid chlorophyll has helped increase my energy and lose weight. I always used to fall asleep when I would be working at my desk early in the morning, but after I started drinking the liquid chlorophyll I was able to do through the day without falling asleep. I would feel tired from time-to-time but I can go through the whole day without falling asleep which definitely made me able to be productive and complete more errands. It says to put 15 drops with a big bottle of water, but I lowered it to 10 drops because I was still feeling sleepy with the 15 drops. With the 10 drops, I feel energized and I'm able to get through the day without falling asleep. Lastly, when I say liquid chlorophyll helps me lose weight, I mean that it increase my bowel movement so that I go number 2 more frequently and I'm more gassy so I am less bloated. Since my body empties all of the extra waste, then I am able to drop between 3-5 pounds. It also has a minty, leafy taste to it. It is more minty overall but than there's sort of a leafy after taste. I'm not a big fan of mint flavor but this wasn't too bad, the only thing that made it difficult to drink was the leafy after taste. But after the second day, I got used to it and it was really easy to drink. Overall, the product is quite beneficial to my health so I will continue to use it.
