My go too zinc oxide tape.
Very sticky. Easy tear. A bit sticky on the outer surface mens it does mark your socks if wearing on your feet or other clothing. Due to the strong adhesion it can be a bit difficult to remove and if stuck to body hair prepare to shout expletives and suffer! Nonetheless, this is the the best and my go to sports tape.

Used to strap my daughters fingers together after an injury at school left them bruised. It works

Can be troubling
I use this for gauze and hurts like a b to take off, not sticky and peels by its self

Toe taping
Works very well. I strap/tape my toes daily for a plantar plate tear and it works well. Strong tape but does allow bit of movement so perfect. Couldn’t recommend it more.
