Insoluble, smells 😞 awful
The media could not be loaded. Idk if it's the defective piece that i got or whatBut its totally insoluble in waterDoesn't matter how much water you add it will just make bubbles and float on it..Also smells so bad and taste is awful.TBH Regretting the purchase

Its a great intra workout suppliment. Minimizes fatigue and enhances recovery very well. Overall my experience so has has been really good. Would definitely recommend this product.
