small enough to pack in your bag, great to bring to sports games or hot days to relieve the heat on your neck, they dont last super long being very cold but serve the purpose, i thought the dollars spent for the amount we got was worth the purchase!

These only last a short while after you pop them to mix the ingredients and make them cold, but they get very cold and do what you need them to do. I got them for after my hysterectomy so that if I needed an ice pack in the night I wouldn’t have to get up or wake my husband up to go to the freezer. I just kept the box beside me, and never needed more than 2 in a row. They provide quick relief in a pinch. I still have about half of them left, I keep some at home and some in my car in case of any accidents we may need them for as my boys are quite rowdy and sprain and breaks do definitely happen from time to time. Would recommend for after surgery, or for any home with wild children, or clumsy toddlers, even though my kids are teenagers or grown already. Would even come in handy if you get overheated, which is a real possibility here in East Texas where we get 105-110 actual temp and 115-120 with the heat index a lot of the time in the summer. Just handy to have around in my opinion.

Bought this to replace old ones in my first aid. They do not stay cold very long, but are small and easy to store.

I wanted to try this over the commercial grade ones that our vet pharmacy used to keep our dog's chemo meds cold while we travel. I even bought a Yeti mug to help it along. Nope, this is just not cold enough for that purpose and I do not see how it would be cold enough for even pain relief. Cool, not very cold. Plus, you have to smack it with a fist to break the chemical inside for it to chill. Not easy to get it started.

These work well. They are small but for our purposes they work well. My husband keeps them in his desk to use after he gets an allergy shot as he normally has a bit of a reaction to the shot. We've even packed a few when we went on vacation in case we might need them. They are not easy to break so you don't have to worry that they will break unexpectedly.
