Good Charger, But Adapter-to-Laptop Cord Is Too Short
This charger works as advertised and is compatible with my Dell laptop model. Like most laptop chargers, it comes in two parts: the AC adapter cord (which connects to the laptop) and the power cord (which plugs into the wall and connects to the adapter). My only issue is that the AC adapter cord is a bit too short to comfortably reach my laptop while keeping the adapter on the floor beneath my desk. Ironically, the wall-to-adapter cord is longer than needed. A little more length on the laptop side would improve usability.

UPDATED - Mine WAS NOT "Brand New".
UPDATED - Received a replacement and it works just fine.I appreciate the quick response in getting a new unit and follow up. Excellent, and I'm happy.BTW, a "Used - Like New" condition would imply "Suitable for Gifting" and the original wasn't. So at best it might have been "Used - Very Good". How it got through the stocking/picking/shipping process is beyond me.Clearly NOT Brand New. Arrived in a clear plastic bag that said "Ready to Ship". Cords are not Twist Tied and are just stuffed in. No packaging, no instructions, no box, no label. At best, this might be "Used - Like New". This may be a return, But I DO NOT want to chance that someone mistreated and it will die pre-maturely.

Worked fine for about a year, but...
Worked fine for about a year, but now it just pops the breaker for the room. I tried it on another circuit, and it immediately pops the GFCI outlet. Won't buy a knock-off again!
