Q: My alta+ will not connect to a mac computer. any ideas how i can get it to connect?

We have been addressing this and we believe we have resolved the issue, however it will require you to run the current beta software which is available for download from our website. No assembly- you just take off a few clips and tape.

Q: Do you have to use Silhouette filament? Or can you pick up other brands?

Any PLA 1.75 mm filament that I’ve used has worked. Both Silhouette and others have worked for me
