Large, heavy weight 5-ply stainless steel wok
This wok is everything I wanted, especially the size and the 5-ply stainless steel. It is a15 inch width at the top, so it is large, heavy weight, and will cook large volumes. I plan to use it for more than just stir-fry. Does not come with a lid so I bought a universal lid that fits great. Will get lots of use from this pot this summer at the beach cooking for family and friends.

My hubby and I love this wok. But we need a lid. I wish this wok came with its own lid as a set.

My new All in one Pan. NO Nonstick items on the surface
I got this, since I've gone through several different versions of Non-stick over the years. Ceramic, Black interior non-stick and now the Hexagon. Enough. I wanted a high sided stainless steel pan or carbon pan that I could use as a all/everything pan. I feel this is the perfect pan. I need to re-work and learn to find tips and tricks working with this. I know to pre-heat the pan, till I get the bead of water to roll across the surface. Fun to watch in this pan. This is also induction friendly. No buzzing. To work with this pan,I also got this lid, which I really like."Walfos Universal Lid for Pots, Pans and Skillets - Tempered Glass with Heat Resistant Silicone Rim, Fits 13", 14" and 15". fits perfect." Allows me to see inside the pan. I can steam cook at low temp. For a spatula, this works well with the curve of the pan:Wok Spatula Stainless Steel, Wide Metal Spatula with Hollow Long Handle Wok Utensils,Silver/14.7Inch.I still have cast-iron, but I prefer Stainless for chicken, sauteing. The cast iron for me is other slow cook methods. I have a high sided Carbon Steel, use to sear steaks prepped while doing Suave.I can strongly recommend this pan. Look at You Tube cooking channels that show you how to cook with Stainless Steel. I want to stop throwing away pans. I remember my grandmother had cast-iron, that was in the family for years. People thought at the time those new fangled Non-stick were great. Boy were we wrong. DuPont, shame on you. Other companies pushing these non-stick what a waste to the environment.
