Perfect fit
Like everything under the dash, it's kind of a pain,But it's worth it. It took me an hour to install it been a few months and holding up well.

Awesome
Worked perfect. But if you're working on a Grand Cherokee, wear chainmail. Under the dash is like putting your hands in a box of razor blades. I was bleeding from every extremity. Lol

Fixed!
The shop wanted to charge me about 800 dollars to put this piece in. After a few you tube videos and enough guts to tear apart the car, I replaced it myself. It did take me a couple hours due figuring out the timing of the gear but once I figured that out it worked perfectly. These gears worked exactly like they should. Perfect fit for a 2011 Durango.

Perfect fit!
Perfect fit in my Jeep. Cannot complain. Great price! Would not buy from anywhere else.I bought this bc I wanted a spare just incase. Turned out both driver and passenger side were broken in my 2012 grand Cherokee.Driver side is NOT an easy install due to very little room to work. I had to take my sub dash apart, some plastic panels off, and then cut a T25 torx bit down on both ends, so it would fit in between the actuator and the vent. There are some decent YouTube videos on the repair.Passenger side is way easier with a lot moreRoom to work

It works
Some observations. The actuator spins with a lot of force and torque and doesn't seem to always know when to stop spinning. I have a feeling this part will break mainly because the actuator will spin it past it stopping point.Some others talk about disconnecting the battery from the car to prevent accidental Airbag deployment and to reset/calibrate the actuators when it's all done. I say this is a good idea and can't hurt.

Bought for my 2011 jeep grand cherokee
Cheap crap didn't last a year buy from Rock Auto so you don't have to replace in a year. The plastic looks 3d printed compared to rock autos doorman

Concerns about quality
1 of 2 was broken upon receipt. Serious concerns about longevity considering the B**** it is to get to the drivers side part.
