We all absorb magnesium differently and some might need it more than others. I take 2 capsules in the morning, 1 mid day and 2 before bed. Best if paired with B6 for better absorption (don't buy the crazy 50mg B6 like I did though, that was way too much and made me so hot I was sweating and unable to sleep. Just get the regular 1mg-1.7mg B6. And if you are already taking multivitamins that have at least 1.4mg of B6 then you don't need anything else.). I take this much Magnesium Chloride because I have lots of issues. Fybromalgia, back pain, joint pain, lyme disease, chronic fatigue...to name a few. My fybromalglia is solved. No more pain there. My back pain is also solved, i can bend over without pain again, still working on the lyme (you need other supplements for lyme BTW). I am no longer tired and I am able to function normal. My sleep disorder has also been solved with the Mg. If you only want to use it for general well being, or if you work out, then i recommend it only twice a day. 2 in the AM and 2 in the PM.Magnesium Chloride is the one type of MG that gets absorbed best. Don't even bother buying the citrate or the oxide or any of the others out there. The second best would be the Mg carbonate. I believe that one works best for people with acid issues in their stomach.

I had researched remedies to naturally dissolve a synovial cyst in my lumbar spine that had caused me severe spinal stenosis and sciatica. I couldn’t stand up straight without severe pain. I could no longer continue my normal daily activities. I was afraid I had lost my athletic lifestyle forever. I began taking this product as directed immediately upon it’s timely delivery. After about 6 weeks of using this product, the severity of my stenosis and sciatica had dropped to a level where I could begin to stand up straight without pain and do some of the things I used to normally do. I did not get another MRI to see if the 18mm cyst was still there. It had either ruptured and drained or dissolved enough to relieve my most severe symptoms. I have no scientific proof that this product is directly related to my symptoms relief, but I do know after 6 weeks of this product in my system, I got relief. I still went ahead and had neurosurgery/lumbar fusion to make sure the synovial cyst would never return. I can’t guarantee this will work for your synovial cyst but I suggest you give it a try. Depending on your age and lifestyle you may consider this as an alternative to a lumbar fusion, if indeed you have a synovial cyst. It seems this is what provided my relief while awaiting my surgery.
