Sure seemed like OEM Mazda ATF
About 60% of dealer cost, and I bought the (OEM!) ATF filter off amazon too. CX-5 runs smoother, shifts a little smoother. I buy so much stuff off amazon it scares me.

Oem for skyactive transmission
Nothing can beat oem when it comes to Mazda skyactive transmission. My 2018 Mazda3 hatch had 93k miles and I noticed hard shifting did a transmission change it went away imma do another one in 20k miles to get all the old fluid out.

Good stuff for doing and drain and refill on my Mazda CX-5
Many online mechanics recommend refreshing your transmission fluid every 50000 miles or so, even if the manufacturer says it's lifetime fluid. According to Scotty Kilmer, to them. lifetime means the lifetime of the warranty. He also says to use the stuff that came with the car. You can't get all the old stuff out, so the same fluid will be definitely compatible with what's left in there. There are some good online tutorials for doing this on the CX-5.

meets expectation
Mazda's newer "skyactive" series must take special ATF.Its color is not ready but cyan/greenish blue.In the market, there is no alternative other than OEM that has proven.Meets expectation of course.Drain is kind a pain because you need to remove 2 dozens of plastic fasteners and dozen of bolt to remove under cover plastic. Refill is simple tho.-1 star because it is more expensive than conventional ATF but supply and demand.....

Best fluid for Mazda's
This is the best fluid to use for the skyactive transmission if it calls for it in manual. The 2014 Cx5 holds about 5-6 quarts total so a drain and replace will only get out maybe around 3 quarts or so.So do it twice within a few months or so and most of the fluid should be changed.I dont bother with the filter as it is just a strainer only..if your strainer is clogged up with metal parts the transmission is going to fail anyways. A magnet in pan keeps any tiny particles from floating anyways. If you do heavy city driving I would change the fluid every 30k miles if you drive more highway and mixed driving around every 50k-60k miles would be fine IMHO.

OEM fluid
I have a 2012 Mazda 3 with 150,000 trouble free mostly highway miles on it and although the manual says it is lifetime transmission fluid I decided to do a drain and fill to remove at least some of the old fluid. Nothing last forever. This is OEM which is all you should use for transmission fluid on new cars because they are so specific now. It's been several months no and so far no issues. I will be doing this much more frequently now to keep in running smoothly, hopefully for another 150,000 trouble free miles.
