French Raclette (quarter wheel) - 3-4 Pounds

We do a couple of raclette meals in the winter and this cheese is our favorite. It has a great aroma and great taste. Melts really easy and is our go to cheese now. Shipping was fast and everything had cold packs and vacuum sealed.

This raclette is absolutely fantastic and the packaging was exceptional. Cheese was in an airtight wrap. The wrap was then placed in a foil envelope and topped with a frozen ice pack. Every year we struggle to find a decent raclette cheese for our traditional Christmas Day raclette meal. From now on we will be ordering through Amazon. We got a superior cheese at half the price per pound we have been paying at the local supermarket.

The cheese was excellent. A little delayed in the shipping but there was no problem with the cheese.

I can afford it not more than couple of times a year

Having raclette is our Christmas tradition and this cheese is just the deal.it is smelly and gooey just how we like it!

By the time this arrived, the ice pack inside was long thawed, and the cheese was quite gooey, but well wrapped. There's a note in the packing that assures you the warm temperature does not harm the cheese at all. A couple hours in the fridge and it firms right back up.This bad boy is stinky. If that's your taste you will not be disappointed. I prefer it grilled and carmelized, but we've also sliced it right on to burgers. Two thumbs up, trés bien!!
