Exactly what I wanted for the last 50 years!
I have never been able to apply drops to my eye and have always needed someone else to do it - my wife 4 times a days when I had cataracts done. I have recently started on the glaucoma trail which will last as long as I do and I found this dispenser to be a perfect solution: easy, quick and a perfect delivery every time. The hole in the dispenser was a millimetre too small but was easy to enlarge using tools readily available in the kitchen and tool shed. My technique is to sit on the floor and fit the dispenser snugly to the eye drop bottle, pull my eyelid down with my left hand and fit the bottle/dispenser to my eye, holding the bottle by the neck. Keeping the dispenser firmly in place on my eye, lie back with my head on a strategically placed cushion and squeeze the bottle. First time, every time - but remember not to blink! It’s so good it should be available on the NHS.

easy to use for frequent drops
If you need frequent drops putting in your eyes and you need to be able to do this yourself this is a great gadget to get them in easily and directly in to the eye. Totally portable and discreet, we washed it daily in boiling water to keep it clean.

Needs larger hole.
Great idea although the opening is too small for bottle nozzle. Once widened it worked well. Requires improvement.

May help some , especially those registered blind but personally not for me .
I'm sharing this as finding it all so frustrating after having glaucoma stents fitted/and cataracts removed while still working age, in the hope it can help others facing the same frustrations of first imbalance , then no near vision with the naked eye , and having to put up to 20 eye drops in a day over a month post op for each eye . So restricting !This item is not to my liking personally although may help some . Bought as a panic buy post cataract op as near vision a problem now and after reading fairly positive reviews purchased as inexpensive/worth a punt . The problem for me was looking up at the hole and knowing the drop was coming , your natural instinct is to flinch and close your eye at point of impact , therefore most of droplet ends up running down closed eyelid/cheek . Some however did go in but ended up repeating drops to sort of make sure which meant wastage and possible overdosing. Actually just as easy to use dropper over naked eye however blurred.BIG Tip : I found using a 10x make up mirror with suction cups attached to wall mirror much more successful. Just magnifies eye for greater accuracy/ease . (See pic)

Useful device following eye surgert
Great help if you have to self administer eye drops after surgery.

Ease of use
The hole in the centre was not wide enough to allow access to the bottle nozzle.

Easy and accurate
I recently had cataract surgery and had two different drops to administer. Living alone, I was concerned with how I was going to manage. I saw and ordered this and the pale blue one for bigger drop nozzles. I found them so easy to use and get the drops into the right place, first time. Saved wastage on the tiny bottle of drops prescribed

Helpful but needed to adjust hole
As others have said the hole was too small for both my post cataract eye drops, my husband slightly widened it for the drops I need the most of, the other bottle ive just had to try and get better with applying as to widen it any more would mean the first bottle would slip through too much. I guess I could have bought two and widened individually. My husband applies when he gets home but having 7 lots to apply most are in the day so im on my own. I would recommend as it does get in the right place (sit on edge of bed then lie fully flat down with eye wide open then squeeze) just be prepared you may need to tamper with hole, if you have 2 bottles with different size applicator nibs I’d order 2 straight off and save on carriage.
