Thick and dried quick
I purchased 3.5 gallons for my 29 foot camper. I pressure washed the camper roof the day before and allowed it to dry. When applying this product I trimmed it out with a brush and rolled the rest on with a paint roller. It is very thick and went on well but was a little messy. I wish I had bought a better quality roller as it left behind some fuzz off the roller. 3.5 gallons covered the camper in one coat nearly emptying the bucket. I’m pleased with how it looks and went on. The only complaint I have is some of the bucket had small dried bits on the rubber coating dried inside and needed to be picked out as I applied the coating. Seems like a great product and time will tell.

Good Stuff-Buy Enough!
I had read numerous reviews on various products and went with the Ziollo. People rave about it and honestly I will rave as well. I had also read that some purchasers bought the 5 gallon pail only to have half of it left over, so I just bought 2 gallons to do my 30' travel trailer covering the spotted EDPM original roof. I prepped by wiping the surface with wet towels and then again with acetone to set up adhesion.Yes, if you "paint" this stuff on, you'll use less than the recommended amount and cover the old roof. However, it looks even better when you apply a thicker coat. I know now (because I used more on one area near the end of my 2 gallons) that when you spread it on and simply move it around with the roller instead of painting it on, it self levels and gives you a glossy, level finish. Now that I've worked with it and became familiar with it, I'll finish the job by buying 2 more gallons. So, lesson learned, purchase the amount they recommend and you WILL use it if done right. While it costs more to buy the individual gallons, stirring is a snap. The stuff is easy to work with and easy to clean up drips if they haven't set. I am waiting for it to cure to post before and after pictures. Going into this camping season knowing I've probably got the best stuff out there protecting the roof.

Excellent Product!!! But wear sunglasses!!!
We have a 2011 bullet that was not well taken care of before we bought it. Our camper has a rubber roof and has a lot of tiny cracks in it. It really needs replaced but we don’t want to spend that kind of money right now. We found this product after some research and decided to give it a try. It is amazing!! It’s easy to work with. Spreads very easily and levels out/spreads itself perfectly. I’m 100% confident we are good on a waterproof roof for a long time (it feels really neat when it’s dry too lol) HOWEVER, one of its perks is that it “reflects light” and boys does it. It’s a hot sunny day today without a cloud in the sky and initially when I did the first coat I didn’t wear hat or sunglasses, when I went inside my vision was dark and sunlight was neon pink. It stayed that way for about 2 minutes and scared me! it returned to normal but I wore sunglasses for the next coat and didn’t have that issue any longer. We have a 8x38’ camper and only needed two gallons for two coats. We also trimmed the vents, ac, fridge vent, antenna and front and back seams with a thick coat first. The roof is so covered we don’t think a third coat is even needed. Great product! Thank you!

Impressive stuff
After power washing the roof of my 24 year old camper, removed all the mold and dirt. I did much research on roof sealer. For the money and lifetime warranty I decided to give this stuff a try. I only bought two gallons, hoping it would be enough for my 24 ft travel trailer. I started with a brush on a pole, too messy. I then rolled it on with a paint roller. It covered well. Looked pretty good after 1st coat and I only used a half gallon. I let it dry half hour and layed down the second coat with the roller. Turned out real nice almost looks like a metallic finish! And only used 1 gallon. I might give it another coat next year. Since i have a full gsllon left. I am very pleased with this product and highly recommend it to others who want to recoat their rv roof..

Great stuff!
Product goss in easy. Did arojnd all openings first with Brust. Next das startet with roller. The Material is thicker then Paint. Listening to some utuber, poure firectly from the pail onto the roof. It is difficukt to junge how much is on the roof and with the roller one had to really press down hard to spread the material. I did not do that and having a curved roof, gravity took over eventually and the thick mess gravitated towards the sides. Looked like ocean waves. Fortunately did I check on the progress and was able to spread out a bit more. But the coverage is now - in part - a messy uneven surface rather then the smooth result it should be. It's all sealed up, though, but my sense of pride is severely damaged.Had to buy a gallon more and will now, carefully, cut in from the roofline to the raingutters on left and right side. And then that's it for that adventure.I like the material and it seals - I'm convinced of that.Just don't do too much of the product at once. Better do a 2nd layer if you feel like more is better.

Mobile rv repair recommended 100%
I own a mobile rv repair business in tucson arizona, and the arizona hest really takes a toll on rv roofs. I have used this stuff on several customers coaches with nothing but amazing results. I trust this product to add my own guarantee along with the mfg warranty. Goes on easy, and smooth. Definitely mix it well, keep the lid on in between applications and leave bucket in the shade. Thank you ziolo for continuous great product to use.UPDATE: 3/17/25 we have done several more roof coatings since original review, still recommending 100% we even coated our work trailer roof to help the heat from this AZ sun. Keeps us from walking into an oven each time we go into the trailer. Thank you, on a personal level, ziollo!
