I got this case July 15,2020 and it’s STILL going strong. It does have a nice battery life even being on your phone.The only things I dislike are how long it takes to charge the case on or off the phone and how thick it is, it is sorta heavy but I got used to it. But overall I’m happy with my purchase and I’d definitely recommend, it does it’s job which is why I got it.

I ordered two for two different phones. Both cases defective on both phones. If you lightly push the phone down on the Lightning plug it will charge. When you seat the phone fully back in the case it stops charging. No quality control.

I always wanted a phone charging case, but always thought they were too expensive. I saw this one and thought I would try it out because the price was just right. It arrived in a week after I ordered it and came in a sturdy box. I charged the phone case to full using my phone charger. The phone case was able to charge pretty fast. I love how you know when the phone case still needs to charge because the lights will blink. You know when it is done charging when the lights stop flashing. I am currently charging my phone now with the phone case and it is working well. There’s a button on the back of the phone case to start charging it. I love how you can turn it off, once it’s done charging to full. This phone case will be great when I’m out because I won’t need to worry about finding an outlet or have to carry around the plug. I recommend trying this phone case out !

Great product! Came in handy whenever. Although i’ve only had mine for about a month or 2 and it doesn’t work anymore, i’m not sure what happened. The lights still come on, on the back of the case but it doesn’t charge my phone.

I just got this battery case it works like a charm but after awhile my iPhone XR is not charging with the battery case and it’s stuck charging in 50%

So, I have bought this battery case several times. When it works, it works well. It's a sturdy case that will completely recharge a dead phone to full charge and bonus it does protect your phone (although I would suggest you have a screen saver). The only reason why I give it four stars - I have found it is hit or miss on whether it actually works. Out of 5 battery cases I've ordered (not all at the same time), 3 didn't work. BUT, GOOD NEWS, when you contact customer service, they are GREAT about replacing the nonworking ones. So, for that reason, I would definitely buy again and would recommend them to my friends. The one I have now I've had for about a year and it worked great until I dropped it into bathwater. Dang it. So, time to order another one.

The phone fits nicely in the case and charges efficiently. It is very user-friendly.

I got this product on June 18 today it’s July 20I had to change phones and when I pull out the charger the piece where phone hooks came off now I can return it because it only has a 30 day warranty not cool
