I’ve used this brand for years. All the flavors I’ve tried are tasty. I use this with frozen fruit in my blender to make a shake and use it for my breakfast. I highly recommend this brand.

I have been sick for almost 2 years and am trying to get a lot of protein. I really like the taste!

I have used Spir-u-tein for over 20 years. I use it daily with my yogurt or smoothie. I love that it's high in protein but also serves as my daily multivitamin.

Love this but only revieved 1 can..is other still coming or just missed??

My mom used to make us breakfast shakes with strawberry flavored Spiru-Tein. It was very tasty back then and very filling for hours. I decided to try it again as an adult to help deal with my hunger cravings in between meals during my pregnancy. It doesn't have as much strawberry flavor and sweetness as I remembered it having when I was a kid ( I believe my mom used more scoops than rexommended to make sure it had a strong strawberry flavor and sweet taste). I wish the flavor was stronger with using just the recommended scoop/s for a single shake. The flavor is a bit on the bland side to me with adding Vanilla Soy milk to make a shake. But I do like the good quality ingredients of soy, brown rice, apple, spirulina, etc. I'll probably try other soy protein shake brands of the same flacor to see how they compare before deciding to buy this brand again as a regular grocery item.

Good flavor protein additive for my fresh fruit smoothies.
