I have quite a few GoPro cases the large one so far is the best one that I have found that can house my life mounts with backscatter wide Lens. It feels pretty thick and durable, putting it all together in organizing. It was pretty nice. I will say it was a little bit more expensive than I would’ve liked. I feel like if it had been in the $50-$60 range and not $100 that would’ve been better overall I’m relatively happy with it..If I had to make any change, it would be just making it literally an inch deep and an inch wider.

I'm new to this GoPro business and wanted something that will keep my investment safe and secure. the case that comes with the Hero 9 didn't feel like it would protect the camera, so I went on the hunt for something more durable.In waltzes Smatree Waterproof Hard Case.The hard exterior that seems like it would take a fall or three without a problem. The hinges feel like they'll stand up to abuse, as does the clasps to keep it closed. Definitely doesn't seem like the plastics are brittle, but heavy-duty and ready for action.Opening the case, the padding is a shock-absorbing foam. Not a flimsy sponge-like some cases. The camera fits snugly in its home, protected in the event Tom Brady decides to throw the case into an empty field.My biggest disappointment was the only thing I could fit in this case was my camera, the charger, batteries, and a couple of cords. Which, sounds impressive. But if you need any small stands or larger accessories, you're out of luck. This is purely for the camera, SD cards, batteries, and a charger. WHICH in and of itself isn't bad. I don't know why I expected it to be larger.If you need something to keep your camera safe, this is absolutely the one for you. If you need something for your camera and all the extras, buy the larger case or look someplace else.To be honest, in the future I may upgrade to the larger case.

The case looks great, seems durable, and seems like it was made well. However, don't be like me....read the dimensions of the case. I was in a hurry to get the case and I failed to read the dimensions listed in the description. The case is very small. It does fit up to 3 cameras, but the storage under the cameras is not enough to hold vlog equipment.This is my fault. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I think it is overpriced for the size.

This works well for my Scout adventures (Sea Base and Northern Tier). Keeps my go pro gear organized, dry, and protected from most events. I like that it has a carry strap. I do wish the box was 1/2 inch taller so I could fit my go pro floaty in it and also so I could put a few extra go pro attachments inside. It's a good lightweight plastic case.

I really like this case. Seems very well built and designed to protect my GoPro. It provides four cutouts for spare batteries or lenses. Two cutouts are provided for the GoPro and/or a spare. I’m using the slot on the left side for my usb-c cable. That’s it though. Whatever attachments you might have will need a separate method of storage. I’m using the case within a case method by carrying it inside a much larger camera bag with adequate space for attachments, tripods, microphones, waterproof case, batteries etc.. I would recommend this case for your GoPro or whatever recording device you might have.

This is touted as being waterproof, and it might just be, but I’m not planning on testing that out. I got this to be a durable hard shell case for my Hero8 Black. I did have to modify the foam insert quite a bit to fit what I have in there, but for those curious, it currently holds the Hero8, two batteries, a tiny metal tripod, spare SDXC cards, a cord, and a regular tripod adaptor. And it ain’t full yet. I would definitely get this again.Edit: more than a year later since the initial review. I'm bumping it up from four stars to a full five stars. I love this case! It's been on so many trips with me now, and is still going strong! Great work, Smatree!Edit: one more year later, and likely the last review. I upgraded to the Hero9, which is slightly bigger, and it (in a silicone sleeve) STILL fits beautifully in this case. Truly excellent hard case.
