Delicious and authentic

I am completely obsessed with Olive Oil! Due to the many health benefits, flavor profiles, and myriad of uses, it’s probably THE MOST essential item in my entire kitchen! That said; this Olive Oil has a very distinct, almost (not quite) “in your face” presence. It’s absolutely EVERYTHING you would expect from a Greek oil. It starts with an extremely herbal, green aroma, (thick STRONG sun on freshly cut grass and herbs), medium to almost strong viscosity finishing with very distinct notes of green, pink & black pepper and sage. I’m in love with the texture and versatility of this oil. Great for sautéing or roasting, it’s a great dipping oil, but I would shy away from using it for dressings, as it’s strong aroma is a little overpowering for delicate greens. Great, all around daily use olive oil!

Good olive olive super nice bottle

When I first started getting this oil it was unfiltered, cloudy and delicious! It actually tasted like olives and had no bitterness whatsoever. I put it on a subscribe and save as I was addicted to it! Then all of a sudden it was unavailable for quite some time. I've tried other oils in the meantime, all bitter, none as good. But all of a sudden it was being delivered again. However, it is no longer the cloudy looking unfiltered version and seems to be quite clear and filtered now. It doesn't taste as good as it used to, although not really bitter like the other brands I've tried. Don't know what they changed or why. I am disappointed of this change.

It is the second time I’m ordering this olive oil and it’s amazing! I love the fact that it is in a tin container. The smell in the collar are absolutely perfect. Will be ordering again! 🫒

I only use this oil for special cooking that only calls for small amount, like on eggs, pancakes, salad, dips, for toasted bread and use for replacement of butter when baking cakes and muffins. I also use it for topical lotion for skin. It moisturizes my dry skin. No allergic reaction from this olive oil. I like it a lot. Thank you for this good product.

I was born and raised in the Philippines where there are no olive trees. But as a small kid, I already know that there is such a thing as olive oil because I've heard my father mention "aceite de oliva" as if he was craving for it. How I wished he were alive today to experience the real thing. Ordering is easy. Delivery is fast. The packaging and the presentation are tops. It has a nice color and consistency with a gentle flavor of tomato and citrus and hints of spiciness. It's the best I've ever tasted. With this quality, the cost is not an issue.

The media could not be loaded. Was expired 2025 product and has distended exterior with possible botulism. Not usable. I want to return and money back.
