It’s amazing how many of the brands I rely on today are the same ones my mom—and even my grandma used when I was growing up. This cleaner is one of those timeless staples. It’s now my go-to for everything kitchen and bath, and it never lets me down.I’ve even used it on an outdoor vinyl ball that was filthy. I tried another brand that was on our shelf (purchased on sale) but it couldn’t get the job done. 409 brought it back to its original bright white!I love the refill size too. We use it a lot, so it’s a real money-saver. Pro tip: Use a funnel when refilling your spray bottle from this container… unless you want your washing machine top to double as a splash zone!

I have been trying to find the refill for months but the store does not carry it anymore you can only order on line, so glad Amazon had it.

Use it all the time

One of my grandmother’s cleaning staples was 409. I recall many times she’d even use it on a toothbrush to clean the soles of her sneakers. Now that I’m grown, I know why she loved it so much - strong versatility, clean, yet, not over powering smell and it’s antibacterial!

General cleaning.

I have always used 409, I keep it in both bathrooms and the kitchen. I keep a refill for them.

Have used 409 for years to clean tough dirt as well as grease from various surfaces. Never disappoints. Recommend wearing rubber gloves when using as it is tough on fingernails and skin as well.

Love this cleaner. Esp great for kitchen grease on cupboards and in bathrooms.
