Started on the colostrum approximately 5 months ago to help with chronic sinusitis. And yes, it helped me! I didn't even take the full days dose as recommended and I still saw results so quickly. Within a few days.So I continue to take it daily, when I wake up I drink some water first and then I typically take 1 capsule.On days that I need a bit more of a boost I will take 3 capsules.A few days ago I think the ragweed was affecting me in the evening, I was sneezing and had a runny nose.I took 6 late afternoon, and then a few more before bed.
