I started using the Chaga and Lions Mane extracts almost every day for the last month and a half. I've always struggled with restless sleep and focusing during the workday. Lions Mane was recommended to me to help with alertness and deeper REM sleep, and I've noticed a significant improvement in my sleep patterns since trying it. I've experienced deeper, uninterrupted sleep on a consistent basis. While I was shopping for Lions Mane, I saw that the Chaga extract had great benefits to it also (anti-inflammatory, good source of Vitamin C, etc.), so I got that to try as well. I'm pretty particular about trying new products and I was honestly a little nervous that the extracts would have an overpowering "mushroom taste." I was pleasantly surprised with how faint the taste is and how well they both complimented my coffee. These extracts have quickly become staple ingredients on my kitchen coffee bar. I'd definitely recommend to others who are looking for a more natural sleep and focusing aid.

Taste is ok

Chaga isn't actually a mushroom. It's a parasitic mass that grows almost exclusively on birch. It's a very interesting to read about its history and medicinal uses.I tend to take it during the winter as it aften has a "yin" calming effect that fits nicely with the winter months.The extract is in alcohol, so I add it to warm water. The alcohol dissolves, and the flavor and smell are mild and pleasant.Highly recommend!

I am aware that Chaga mushrooms are supposed to be good for you on many levels but the lack of more detailed information about where and how they are harvested (as well as some sort of independent verification of their organic nature and purity) makes me feel uneasy about using it. It is nicely packaged and looks like a quality product but there are too many unknowns for me to quite trust it. I did use it daily for about a week, but I honestly can't say anything about the efficacy of the product one way or the other.

this here double-extracted funky fungus juice be hittin different with that aussie plum addition makin it taste way better than them other mushroom potions out there. the organic ingredients be makin my body feel all kinds of supported n such, though you gotta be patient with this one cause mother nature aint about that instant gratification life. the dropper design makes it real easy to get your daily dose without no mess or fuss, but the price tag might make your wallet do a double-take.
