ICEWRAPS 6"x12" Flexible Gel Reusable Ice Packs
These ice wraps are the perfect solution. They are made with a durable yet flexible plastic and the size is just right for lower back pain or following shoulder surgery - pretty much everywhere on your body! I also like that they came in a 2-pack so that you can change it out and have a cold one to use at all times. These are really a necessity and sure beat using ice cubes in a ziplock bag!

Works great as expected
I’ve had these types before and love them. My old ones leaked the blue goo (they were a different brand but they were OLD and overused anyway)These are big enough for almost any use and if not, just add another. They freeze cold and are flexible, the outside plastic seal is strong, yet pliable. However, the plastic sealed bag on the OUTSIDE should come off before use 😂 I left the plastic on thinking that was the ice pack itself-took me a few uses to realize bc they were still frozen and works well! They just aren’t as pliable inside the packaging 😄 but if you keep the plastic sleeve, it seals so u can repack the ice pack so it doesn’t get damaged 👌🏼

Awesome
This is good for tendinitis. Help your swelling. I would say that they freeze in a timely manner, and I just wrap a bandanna around the ice pack and place it on my skin. I like how long these ones are because it covers the entire forearm and wraps around the arm. I didn’t notice though the writing on the packet does come off. I was wearing white nail polish and when it touched the plastic the blues writing came off on it

Five Stars
These packs have been excellent for icing my injured knees and occasional sprained ankles, and I also used them as a heatpack a few days after my injuries. They're very easy to use; just throw them in the freezer for a couple hours to use them as ice-packs, and just set them in a microwave for ten to fifteen intervals (on high power) until they're hot enough to be used as heat-packs. So far I've used them more than a dozen times and they don't show any signs of wear and tear or any signs of perforation or breakage.I also like that these gel packs are a little longer than others that I've used because they wrap more around my ankles and knees. They also don't freeze entirely solid, just a little stiff, so are easy to bend into shape for use.

Stay watery
They don’t freeze up well. Stay in liquid state. Makes it harder to handle to wrap

GREAT PRODUCT
I purchased these as cold packs when I had foot surgery. My cast came almost to my knee and I was unsure how I was supposed to ice it. The nurse told me to place the pack by my knee and let the cold flow downward through the bloodstream. I bought these because of the ability to tie them on and they have been a life saver! I got the 2 additional packs so it is no problem at all now to put a cold gel pack in the sleeve and then tie it on my leg. Friends that have been helping me think they are the coolest thing ever! I am so glad I got them as I also suffer from migraines and finally I have a way to keep my head cool and the pack secure. A definate plus for anyone who has any need for a hot or cold pack.
