Fantastic for the price!
I was pleasantly surprised by these! I have plantar fasciitis and a heel spur so I get pretty bad foot pain. These actually give me more relief than my $100 plus custom ones I had fitted for me at the podiatrist. Great price and they do help a bit. Not a miracle but one of the better inserts I’ve had.

Work in closed shoes
I tried using these in sandals or other open shoes (maybe that was just foolish, but it's summer, and that's what I needed support in) and they didn't work, of course, they just 'backed out' of the sandals. OK. I thought maybe with the rubbery bottoms they might stick in place. But now I've used them in closed shoes a few times and as other reviewers have said, they do take some getting used to. They make my foot feel like it's resting on the arch, and definitely take the pressure of my heel spur, which is what I really need. I have been hobbling with plantar fasciitis for awhile now, and while the PF has calmed down, the heel spur is still a problem. There are good days and bad days, using Crocs as my summer 'shoes' exclusively. It depends on the kind of massage and other exercise I do to try to help my feet. But I can say that wearing these insoles, I don't really feel the heel spur and I can walk much faster and with more confidence than I could wearing Crocs. It's nice not to be hobbling along so slowly. I do find that I'm getting used to them and I am relieved to get home and take my shoes off after a few hours. But I hope that like others, I will eventually adjust to them to the point that I can walk for hours without pain, because I definitely need to be able to keep up with others on an upcoming sight-seeing holiday. Wearing these insoles in closed shoes - instead of the Crocs - also seems to be having a good effect on my knee problems, but that could be due to a variety of other factors (supplements, moving more because I can walk more easily with the insoles, etc.) Others may not have similar problems or a similar effect. In general, they are worth buying, but don't be surprised if you have to get used to them gradually, as they sort of raise your foot (I feel a bit like I'm wearing lifts inside my shoes) while at the same time taking the pressure off your heel and - at least it feels to me - stretching the plantar fascia a bit. Your foot needs to get used to being supported in a different way.

I have Plantar Fasciitis and 2 pair of shoes that Hurt!
Ok, you read the title. These came today and I immediately, almost immediately, put a pair in one of the pairs of shoes that hurt.I then went for a One Mile Walk - and yes, the back of my heel still hurt - but I was able to wear a pair of shoes that were headed to "Shoe Heaven" AND, I walked a full mile!! at a reasonable pace!!I came back online for 2 reasons. One to leave this review. The other to purchase 2 more pairs of Insoles.2 years ago my favorite style of shoes was discontinued and I bought whatever I could find. I now realize the seller most likely was "dumping" old stock. Hence the problem of an "old" insole. My solution to purchase these insoles in the hopes I would be able to still wear the shoes turned out to be a great idea for me.Today I read the negative reviews and I didn't understand. First, they are not expensive at $9 pair. Second, I find that even after I take off the shoes, I do have some relief from the Plantar Fasciitis. Third, I can't help but wonder if people realize that the insoles need to be in BOTH shoes and shouldn't be moved from one pair to another. I walk 4-6 miles a day and generally must change shoes for each walk - yesterday I did 2 walks in the same pair of shoes. I purchased enough insoles for every pair of shoes I regularly wear and it's helping.I will admit they feel weird on my feet - it's like adding a "1/2 inch heel" inside my shoe - but I'm walking again! I haven't experienced any shifting of the sole within my shoes and this was by-far the most reasonably priced insoles I checked out.

Comfortable
These are great in my sneakers but there was absolutely NO packaging. Not sterile at all.No sealed anything. Horrible. Will not buy these again from this company.

Worth it!
Been wearing them for weeks and they have helped with heel pain. Tried them on for walks and have begun running with them, and so far so good. A lot of support for the heel. It doesn’t stick as well, sometimes sliding forward in the shoe, but still pretty great.
