So much yucky stuff that we're stuck on my sinuses came out then I could finally really breathe. They have slight smoky incense odor but I like it and I think that actually helps. They aren't really soft so go slow, and wiggle it / rotate it back and forth. I had a passage that was collapsed and this opened it up.

I cleaned these very well as recommended, but they are very coarse. They seemed to irritate my sinuses more than help. They're a little wide also,definitely not for beginners.

tried these out for the first time after watching a couple of youtube tutorials and works really well, different than a neti pot because it scrapes the gunk out of your sinuses!

This is not for Neti. This is bike repair kit tube.It's thick, has extremely pungent rubber smell and NOT at all hygienic. Had to wash hands multiple times to take the rubber print off my fingers.One may get new allergic reaction from holding this, let alone cleanse nasal passage.I have used rubber tube for Neti before at - vivekananda kendra. Neti tubes will have serration in the middle to assist cleansing and not have prints all through.Amazon delivers all the stuff but this is deception by the seller.

little smell from material (rubber).other wise it was useful and helped in solving the problem.
