Solid buiild quality
Verry surprised at how solid this is. The package was extremely heavy for the size of it. This mad3e me thing it must be quality. Looks really nice in my space and hols the speakers on my desk without wobble. Paintwork is great. Very happy with it.

Used for bookshelf speakers
Bought these as I only had limited floor space next to my cabinets and the base plate on most stands are too wide. Whilst these fit in the space and are the right height, they are perhaps a bit too small for my bookshelf speakers because it looks a bit top-heavy and maybe a little ridiculous - though to be fair, these are marketed as desktop speaker stands. They come with 2 sizes of top plate (I used the biggest), speaker wires can be concealed inside the support and the metal feels sturdy. So a good quality stand, though a bit expensive.

Great Stands - Poor Packaging
I bought these to pair with a set of Kanto YU4s.On arrival the front of one of the uprights had two small witness marks on the front, where it had obviously rubbed against the two Allen bolt heads shown in the second picture during transit.Whilst a couple of dabs of white paint rectified this, for £70 it simply shouldn't happen.Assembly was straightforward, although as another reviewer has pointed out, it's easier to run the cables in the uprights PRIOR to attaching the top and bottom plates.I'd suggest it's also easier not to fully tighten the locating bolts on the top plates during initial assembly, if you intend to experiment with the angling of the speakers, as they can't be easily accessed once the top plate is in position.Other than that, they're great. Sturdy, heavy, sound-enhancing and they look fantastic with the YU4s.

Kanto SP9 Universal Desktop Speaker Stands - 9 Inch - 2 Pack - Steel (Black)
Its a nice pair of stands, looks good, sturdy. What I like the most is the possibility to rotate the speakers. Very usefull. What I dont like too much, is that you get 2 sets of plates for the speakers. Seems like a waste of resources. Otherwise recommend.

I was wary because of reviews but these are great
I had read the reviews and I was a little bit wary about ordering as other people had reported having problems with the assembly of these stands, but they were the only ones that suited my needs. I am very pleased to say that I had no issues, I took my time and used the smaller end of the allen key to tighten the screws so that I didn't apply too much pressure. These stands are heavy, very sturdy, and raise the speakers up to a level where they really start to sing. I am using Audioengine A5+ speakers and they are the perfect size.

Sleek compact design
Assembly was reasonably easy and they are pretty sturdy units... My b&w 686's are possibly on the cusp of the extreme of fitment but they are pretty firm. Good cable management at the back of the units which gives a nice clean look hiding the wiring in the unit itself... Overall very pleased but they are probably ever so slightly over priced in my eyes for the amount of material you get.. overall very pleased..

Quality not quite there.
So I will say these speaker stands feel super solid and I'm generally happy. However the finer manufacturing detail just isn't there. There were a few paint and finish issues that I have shown in the photos attached. Biggest issue was the bracket to the top plate had not been bent to a proper 90 degree angle so The screw hole doesn't align at all, I will bend it myself when I next have access to a vice (as the metal is too solid to bend by hand) but it is a shame it's something I have to do at all.
