Multilingual is multi-talented!!!
We have a new English as a Second language program at the Elementary school, so we needed books for our other students to use to try to communicate.

Misleading urdu book
This is the first time ever I am reviewing an Amazon purchase. The worst dollar I ever spent in the hope of educating my kid. To say the least, this book is misleading. Words are written on pages that don't even start with that alphabet. Pictures are misleading too.Save your money for a book that is atleast accurate and can help with teaching a language to your your child.

It could have been better.
Could have been better needed to put basic effort to pull the right words.

Is not a proper Urdu alphabet book at all, very misleading
This is barely a proper urdu book, half the words in the book don't even start with the alphabet listed!! For example, it says Seen for Haadsa, as in the Seen is used IN the word, it doesn't begin with the word. For English speakers it's like saying A is for play, the A is IN the word play. Horrible book, half the book is this way, you can't teach a child what begins with what letter with this Terrible letter book.

Expensive
Didn’t like that it was too expensive for the material it had.

Terrible
Extremely disappointed with this book. Many of the words and images are quite negative and inappropriate for kids. For example, one of the letters is used to spell the word “accident” and a car accident is pictured. This seems highly unnecessary as other neutral or positive words could have been used instead. It’s a book for children after all.

It's ok, but not many alternatives available
This alphabet book is ok. A little disappointing, but it's hard to find good and easy urdu alphabet books in the US. I'm going to look around or possibly just make my own. Or maybe just keep this. The good: It has all the letters. There are clear pictures with all the letters with English translations, without added distractions. The pictures are also clear and realistic. The not so good: The objects portrayed are not always starting with the letter, e.g. for tay they have darakht instead of titli. The alif also comes before alif-mudd-a

hard for those who dont know how to read urdu
this would have been better if it also had English transliteration of the urdu words, so people beginning to learn urdu, but who know English could have an easier time
