Sometimes cheaper is better
My Dyson started to play up and a new fitting through Dyson was expensive. It is still working well and I have nice carpets again. The part fts and works well

Expensive, and wheel broke after a few months.
Very expensive for what it is and durability pretty poor. After a few months of use, the hub on the wheel has broken. Returned for refund and re-ordered.I would recommend taking out the 3 year warranty on this, only about £13-£14

It moves, sucks and cleans!
I needed to replace my original Hoover head, which unfortunately broke down. Although it was a bit expensive, it restored my Hoover to its original condition. Since it is an original part, there were no issues with the fit. I just hope it does not break down like the old one did.

Excellent my vac feels new again.
Excellent. Makes my vac feel new again. Expensive though but prior to purchase I ordered a copy one. It was awful. Sent it straight back. Don’t cut corners when you have a Dyson. Buy Dyson parts.

Dyson do not offer a warranty if bought from Amazon
I purchased a replacement high-torque brush head on 24th June 2024, and disappointingly, it stopped functioning in less than three months. After following all troubleshooting steps, it was clear the product was faulty. Amazon redirected me to Dyson, who again walked me through the troubleshooting process, only to then attempt to charge me £80 for a replacement part.I pointed out that the part was less than three months old, but Dyson informed me that they do not honour warranties for parts purchased via Amazon. I found this entirely unacceptable and requested their complaints procedure, only to be informed—astonishingly—that Dyson does not have a complaints department.For a premium brand, this level of customer service is deeply disappointing. Over the years, I have invested more than £600 in my Dyson V11 and around £190 on replacement torque heads alone. Now, Dyson expects me to pay another £80 (or £119 via Amazon).After 15 years of being a loyal Dyson customer, it seems I’ll need to explore other brands that truly value their customers.Regards,A very dissatisfied customer
