Only on day 2. I'm a hairdresser of over 30 years, and a compulsive handwasher. The washing and detergent is only part of my problem ..the abrasiveness of the hand drying with towels along with the hairdryer..drying out my hands has aged my hands to the point of cracking and swollen hard skin on finger joints and knuckles.I've exhausted the market of affordable products, O'keiths, Cerave, swiss neutragena and many more.Nursem absorbs on contact, i can "almost" feel the glycerin...but not overly, allowing me to add more cream when I can. The barrier is "dry" and water pours off, washing with soap doesn't remove whole barrier.It's a game changer.If you are expecting your skin to feel like silk,... it doesn't!! It makes your skin feel like skin!Just like a good hair product makes your hair feel like hair (not silk)The scent is not synthetic or clinical...its natural and fruit zesty.I love that a nurse is going to get the chance to try this product, as they may never know this product exists.Bottom line is this.....only day 2 and reguardless of snipes...its sorting out my poorly hands.I will be buying more and will update pics...I want the world to know about this product

This is AMAZING! I bought the travel sized version before buying tho, just so I could see if it worked for me. I was not disappointed! After a couple of days using the travel sized product, my hands improved drastically. That led me to purchase the regular size. Worth the money. Great results. Smells great. Definitely worth the price!

Excellent product and highly effective, pleasant mild scent and absorbs well. My only gripe is the description of only needing to apply a "Pea sized amount"!!!!? Absolutely NOT accurate for me however I understand that they are trying to qualify the price. I need a considerable amount more than a pea size! Hence deducting one star ⭐

The only thing that I was not so happy with with this products was the scent which is a little strange, but the hand cream itself is superb. It is not cheap but you only need a very small amount . It was designed by a former nurse/midwife as she found her hands were in a very bad state with all the hand washing etc. She has pledged to provide a month’s supply to a nurse or midwife for every product that is purchased, which I think is a brilliant idea!I have extremely dry hands with fingers that crack and split a lot, and as I am a violinist this is mot good! I have tried so many hand creams-this is by far the best I have ever tried. It is not greasy at all and really makes your hands feel soft, and for me it really does cover the cracks and help them heal. I would recommend this cream to anyone who has a problem with dry hands, especially at the moment with all the hand washing and sanitising due to Covid 19-it is well worth the money!

Has quite a strong earthy smell but once it's soaked in it's fine , not too oily or greasy easily absorbs into hands

Moisturises ok but doesn’t seem to have a lasting effect so you would need to reapply multiply times. It does sink into the skin quickly and doesn’t feel sticky but it is not great and the smell is awful a really odd synthetic smell that is not pleasant. I prefer Aveda hand relief which is more expensive but smells nice and leaves your hands feeling properly moisturised after one application and the moisturising effect lasts so no need to reapply multiple times . The Nursem hand cream doesn’t have a lasting moisturising effect so in the end is not so cost effective as you have to keep applying it. I would not buy it again.

Not been using it for long but already I can tell it’s working. I bought it mainly to help heal ragged cuticles and sore hard skin around my nails caused by my chewing - a bad habit that I’ve finally managed to quit! I love the scent which is a crisp bergamot and the way it absorbs completely with absolutely no greasy after feel. After two uses, several hours apart and overnight, my hands were a lot softer in general and less dry, even plumper and dewy looking. The sore ragged skin around my nails is already healing and becoming softer. Wow! I didn’t expect it to work so well or so quickly. Obviously I have some way to go before my hands and cuticles are completely back to normal but a little of this rich cream goes a long way and I’m noticing an improvement already. No other product has performed this well for me and I think I’ve tried them all. Definitely will be ordering the bigger 300 ml size next time.

My hands have been split on and off for years, sometimes last for months and is so painful. I have tried lots of different creams,even some from the doctors. Nothing has worked, until now.This started working straightaway. Non greasy. My hands have no splits at all.Smells nice also, a little goes along way. Good value for money.
