Perfect For My Need!
These are perfect for my needs. I have a cat that just won't stay off my beds - not until now, that is. These are the perfect size to unfold and cover a full size bed - and because they're shiny and make noise if you land on them with cat paws, Lucy now finally keeps off the beds! WaHoo!

Better than most
I have had the opportunity to use a few different brands of space blankets. These are the best i've seen. It seemed to be a bit thicker and a bit quieter than most. They aren't quiet, just quieter.They do certainly reflect a lot of heat back to you to keep it warm, however it is not the same thing as a real blanket. These can't protect you from conduction heat loss only from radiant heat loss.

These are the best buy for survival blankets. Large size, least tearing, and three for the price of two of the competitors; best value overall.

the good...and the not-so-good...
The good...5-stars for being lightweight and water/wind resistant.The not-so-good...1-star for not being durable enough for repeated usage. Has a tendency to rip and tear rather easily in actual usage, particularly when used in the woods and/or brushy situations.Bottom line...3-stars. Good to have along for use in a pinch, but not at all designed for hard use. Mine became ripped and had several holes in it after its initial use, despite the fact that I was being careful with it.

Looking for a durable emergency blanket, shop no further! These don’t rip like those aluminum foil like space blankets. They are very packable and sturdy.

Best Emergency Blanket
These are the best lightweight emergency blankets you can buy. A reliable brand such as S.O.L produces great products and this is one of them. Able to be used multiple times and capable of fitting two people. This emergency blanket also has the capability of being used as an emergency ground tarp and multiple types of emergency shelters. Well worth the money.
