It is a great little knife!
I have been carrying this knife pretty much daily for a decade. Yup....ten years! Perfect size and weight for front pocket carry. You forget it is there until you need it. Solid clip with great hold but not too tight. Blade comes out lightning fast and is sturdy when locked out. I like the sharp tip on the blade and the serrations make it so much more useful with popping off zip ties and whatever you need to dig into. The perfect knife for me obviously.Only down side to this knife if I have to be picky is the blade lock mechanism. It would lock sometimes by accident when putting in or out of pocket. I just removed it all together soon after I started carrying it and it never deploys accidentally so I don't think it is really necessary. Just my preference.Every two or three years I will take it apart/clean/lube as needed. You will notice it getting slower to open from pocket lint and usual little bits of crud working into the mechanism area.I recommend the all silver version instead of the black option. The black seems to get beat up and show use where the black starts chipping off (from pics I have seen). Mine still looks as good as when I bought it with just wear on the edge of the blade.Hope this review helps you!

Perfect carry knife.
As a 30+ year military veteran, I have relied heavily on carry knives as tools for most of my life. This is my 5th Leek knife in 8 years. (TSA owns my first 4. DOH!). So it’s not a quality issue. The stainless steel is softer than you may want for prying things, but I bent one once and easily straightened it in a vice.Comes very sharp in the box. After a few uses just a couple swipes on a fine diamond stone bring it back to factory sharpness. It will get light surface rust if you put it away wet, but the rust scrapes right off with a little thumbnail pressure.Weight, size, and slender design make it comfortable and out of the way when in any pocket. (Verified by TSA agents always noticing it before I do.)This being my 5th Leek, sometimes they arrive very hard to open or a little loose. A couple seconds with a torque driver will get the tightness action exactly as you want it. One tightening usually lasts a year or so.I found the safety catch a little tedious for one-handed use, so I just tightened it in the permanently unlocked position. Haven’t had an unintentional opening so far.I have large hands and they have never felt as though they were slipping on the handle. It’s my go-to sailboat knife. If you need a sharp, versatile, light, comfortable, and low maintenance knife for daily use you’ll be happy with this.If you need to cut down a forest, pry open paint cans, or store it in the ocean floor, you won’t be happy.

Well made knife
Being that this is my first knife, I did quite a bit of research. While Benchmade was my first choice, pricing was to high. Smith and Wesson was my second choice, but I found out that their knife's are made in China. So up popped Kershaw. Great reviews and good pricing, so I purchased a Leet from them. It is quite sturdy which was important to me, and it is well made. Still learning how to open her up, but aside from that, I am very pleased. Fits nicely into my pants pocket and is undetectable. Highly recommend.

Best knife for the money
My 30 year old grandson asked for a “Kershaw” knife for Christmas. He said he had one years ago and lost it but it was the best knife he ever had and the blade stayed sharp forever…The quality is impeccable. He even sent me a picture of it so that I got exactly the one he wanted. Excited for him to get it!

Good USA quality and price
This is the first Kershaw knife I have ever owned or carried. It has to be one of the best USA made knives of this type for the price. It looks and feels solidly made. It is honestly better than I expected. It came very sharp and with some stropping it was scary sharp. The knife feels hefty in the hand, but carries light and slim when clipped in a pants pocket. I wear a glove size of large and the knife fits my grip securely. It appears designed for lighter type cutting tasks and that's what I carry it for. I have fixed blades for heavier tasks. The opening is faster than some automatic knives I have used and the blade locks tight. With some practice it can be opened and closed safely with one hand. If I can learn to do that at 70 years old, you surely can too.

Perfect pocket knife
This purchase was a gift for my father. However i have owned the same knife for some time now. It is the perfect little pocket knife, fitting perfectly into my pocket i hardly ever notice its there. Nothing to fancy about it with the exception to the quick release of the blade. The blade has stayed sharp on mine for awhile now even after cutting aluminum cans in half. I have broken the tip off mine a few times prying stuff open with my knife. Kershaw has replaced my knife after mailing it in every time free of charge (minus the charge of shipping the knife to them) despite saying on there website they will not replace knives with broken tips. In all the knife can take a pretty good beating and still perform as expected. I would recommend this kinfe to my friends and i have bought it for my family members.***Update to original Review***It has been almost a year since my original review. I am still impressed with this knife, it still functions and has held up fine. It has dulled out a bit since i have originally purchased it. I can no longer shave the hair off my arms with it. I have used this knife in the ocean to cut lines on my boat and it does rust rather quickly and the speed safe does start to slow down after awhile. I have cleaned it a few times and oiled it and it will begin to work again fine. I am still impressed with this knife especially with the 100 percent lifetime warranty kershaw offers. I have seen this knife retail in stores for twice the price listed on Amazon and would not recommend, at that price there are better knifes. However for 30 dollars this is a very good knife.

One of two EDC pocket knives I love
Great little pocket knife, have mine everyday, use it constantly. Serrated blade section saws through cardboard like a mini chainsaw.I have several of this particular knife.
