Great for Ghirardelli Sauces
This pump works great with the Ghirardelli sauces! We have the caramel sauce. I read the other reviews but decided to purchase anyway, rather than try to find another pump. I am glad I did. I got the sauce (90oz) directly from Ghirardelli. This pump does not go all the way to the bottom, but I believe this is meant for the 64oz containers. Some reviews mentioned about the pump curving at the bottom. The one I got does not. It is a straight, solid pump. It comes apart for cleaning. I usually just run the Keurig with hot water and pump the hot water through it to clean out the syrup. The the rest of the cleaning is easy. When not in use, I usually just put saran wrap around the tip to keep the pump from drying up. I have not had any issues. I have used it quite frequently for the last 6 months. Last weekend, we used it at a festival and went through 2 1/2 containers (90oz) using the one pump. So it has handled heavy, repeated use. I ordered another one just as a backup...to make it easier to switch to new jug without the delay.

Doesn't work, crap for price
Not even able to use it. Brand new and it doesn't work, can't return or get a refund either. For the price of these, they are crap. This is the second one in less than a month and sad is this one is literally opened and not working...

Stopped working within a month
(EDIT) I spent too much money to throw the pump away...SO...I took it apart again and soaked the top part (gold and blue part) in hot water. Then I filled the bottom of that part with water and blew on it. That did the trick. I know it's not very sanitary and hope those using this product commercially will find an alternative...but it's working again. FYI...make sure you cover the other end of the pump when you're blowing...or you'll get watered down chocolate sauce all over your kitchen.I bought this pump thinking it would solve the problem of dispensing the chocolate from the almost 90 oz bottle of white chocolate sauce. It did work great, for a bit...but then stopped. I've taken it apart and cleaned it as directed, but still nothing. I'm not sure if I got a defective one or not...but as of right now...it was a waste of money.

Good quality and price
I had a caramel apple bar for Thanksgiving and bought this to use with the large container of caramel sauce. This was definitely the way to go. The mess was nonexistent, children and elderly both could easily use the pump, and clean up was a breeze. It is sturdy and I plan to use it again and again.

Wasn’t working, but I figured it out!
After I received it, it wasn’t pumping the syrup or even water. After quite a lot of troubleshooting, I figured out if I flipped it upside down and put water in the tube, then pumped, liquid started flowing through it. Now it works just fine. I think it was possibly an air pocket or a misaligned valve.

Works too well
I bought a gallon of Carmel from the Costco business center and added this pump now I’m 20 pounds heavier eating Carmel with everything because it’s so easy to use. I’d keep this at the back of the counter if you have kids because it doesn’t take much effort to push the pump down. This pump also doesn’t dribble which is great since there’s no cleanup needed.

Works just be careful
Works well just that when it gets to the end of bottle it won’t do a full pump. Even though there’s are about 2” of syrup left in the bottle. It will leak sauce a little as well.

Works great
It pumps well, but I do wish a slight bit more came out per pump, allowing me not to press as hard. Ours stays out on the counter, and sometimes I wish it were smaller, but for commercial use it’s perfect! Cleaning is easy, soaking it in soapy water loosens up the stickiness a bit more.
