These are quite comfortable, but you must cut then to size. I obviously missed something, as I opened the package I thought I ordered the wrong size; not being the brightest bulb on the block I tried to figure out what I did wrong. I ordered correctly, but the pattern became “wonky” as I cut it, which means so did my insole. It works but does not cover the whole bottom of my shoe,

Good product but it moves in my shoe's toe box when I walk. Double faced tape?

These are very very basic but did the trick for me. The price is great as it comes with three pair. If you are looking for something orthopedic or specialized you should look in the higher price range. These are basically just thin pads that enhance the comfort of the sole of your shoe. Could be doubled up I suppose. Worth the buy for basic cushion.
