This is a very cool deck that I found works great for shadow work. Awesome Artistry.

I did a couple shadow work readings and so far I’m impressed. Be wary if you want to do lighthearted fun readings, this deck most likely will make you instead think about things on a deeper level. It really helps a lot with understanding oneself and doing shadow work.Only downside is the card thickness/quality isn’t my favorite. I wish it was a bit thicker and better quality, but I don’t mind much. Cards stick together a bit, but I also again don’t mind.

This deck is easy to handle and the imagery is beautiful. I take jumpers, and they're easy to get with this deck. I'm a small person (with small hands), but I can easily shuffle...unlike some of the other decks of the same dimensions.As far as the illustrations, they're pretty amazing. They could use more contrast, but I'm not gonna harp on that. A few of the cards make me think "what...the...?" But overall, very beautiful. Nice stock, nice feel.

I love the beautiful cards, deep colors and ok cardstock. The guidebook book is fantastic and I love the story that goes along with the cards. I have no complaints. I would recommend them.

The cards are gorgeous. The book with the card interpretations is very well put together. The meanings really make you think about the situation you're asking about.

I just received these cards today and was so excited to open them! They come with a beautiful huge box that holds them, the box is a bit shallow so the cards wont stay after opening nicely. The guide book is massive informationative and full color im excited to read it more but the cards! Oh laaawdy they are BEAUTIFUL! I connected with them instantly! The artwork is on point with almost every card theres a few im a bit meh on one is 4 of wands. Which is celebration union and happiness which should be a bright happy card but its very dark and kinda gloomy troll like critter but im still incredibly happy with them! They have great imagery and have enough other items to not just focus on just the main element. Now for some reason i have a niche for shadow work cards my other absolute favorite deck is the shadowlight deck think campy tim burtonesqe photos with a splash of whimsy they are my go to deck, these are a VERY close second now. Now there is a few cons though as people have stated the cardstock is flimsy and the edges do fry easily so beware there you need to be gentle with these gems which is why no 5 star rating. But i adore them they are my new babies and im over the moon about them. Ive already done a few readings and everyone has gasped ooohed and aaahed on how accurate the reading is. They would be good for beginners the photos are clear mostly as stated above the suits are labeled clearly the cards speak loudly and call you out accordingly the guide book is detailed and gorgeous! Im highly satisfied with my purchase and these will definitely be in my bag along with my shadowlight ones just incase anyone wants a reading <3

Beautiful deck!Upon arrival, I lit a sage bundle and waved each card through the smoke while greeting it and introducing myself- then I left the deck to cleanse again in the light of a full moon.For me, this deck is spot on! Albeit it does enjoy playing a little joke on me with some answers.Artwork is beautiful with many ways to interpret the image based on who is reading.Cards are a bit thin, one peeled a corner on a shuffle but it doesn’t make me love them any less.Included book is a perfect companion, showing a large image of each card, offering some lore then giving two meanings- upright and inverted. Of course every single thing is subject to the reader but this is a fantastic guide for beginners and experienced readers as well.Treat them kindly and they will respond accordingly.

The media could not be loaded. I had been complaining about the price of this deck, thinking it was one of those cheap decks that come in a cheap cardboard box with a little white book, and was really hesitant to buy it. I am so glad I did buy it as it turns out the box alone is very sturdy with a magnetic clasp. It has a really nice book with it and the cards are beautifully rendered on sturdy stock. I can’t say what type of stock as I’m not that familiar with the various types. Every card, including the pips, has individual artwork so the artist didn’t cheat and just use repeating motifs for the pips. The deck uses RWS based symbolism although it may have animals instead of people ex: 5 of cups has a forlorn looking bunny with three spilled cups in front of him and two upright cups behind him. The book offers upright and reversed (shadow self) interpretations to help you define those things within that hold you back from being the best you can be. The book has every card depicted in color and was a treasure to hold and read. One of my favorite lines was ...”There are two basic types of stories we all tell: the stories we tell others and the stories we tell ourselves.” Many people think of tarot as a divination tool but they can also be your own personal psychiatrist and this deck if used for that would work wonderfully toward sussing out any negative thoughts or impulses and exposing them for what they are.
