I take this when I can’t sleep at night. I starts relaxing me within an hour. I love that it has natural ingredients. I don’t have that drugged out feeling the next day. My son takes this also, he says it works too good on him! 😂.

I have been taking these at the suggestion of my Functional Medicine MD. They were cheaper here than the prescribers site, so as always, I purchased through Amazon. I needed something to help me fall asleep. Night time is my, really, only quiet time and my mind runs wild! I think about everything and can't shut my brain off. I've been using clonipin for 6 years and feel I am building a tolerance, needing more and more with less effect. So, I started using MyoCalm PM 3 nights ago and find myself falling to sleep faster because I'm able to calm down quicker. It doesn't knock me out, just makes me relaxed enough to feel drowsy. I sleep well and wake up with no morning hangover. Even melatonin gives me a terrible headache, so this is great. I prefer natural and would like to wean myself off clonipin since I only use it to help me calm down enough to fall asleep.When I need a little extra push, I use Bach's Rescue Remedy Sleep products. Again, no hangover or side effects but better sleep.
