Sexy expensive coffee mug sez you've "arrived"
I use it and love it, though it's expensive. Copper bottom is sexy. Can't remember if it's dishwasher safe, but easy to hand-wash in any case. It just feels good in my stubby hand! It claims to be double-wall; muy bueno for that. But I use an electric mug warmer, which arguably means I don't need such a sexy coffee mug. Hmmm.

New Favorite Mug
I love this mug. I've purchased several different styles of mugs over the last few months and I think this is exactly what I've been searching for but haven't found (until now). I love that it's double walled so it keeps my coffee warm but the mug itself stays cool to the touch. Note that it doesn't keep coffee as hot as an insulated mug with a lid (science) but I think it stays warm longer than with a traditional mug.I also love that it doesn't have a handle because I never hold my mugs by the handle anyway so it kinda just gets in the way. It also fits perfectly under the portafilter of my espresso machine (I only have to tilt it slightly to get it in there). Not all of my mugs fit well under it so this is a huge bonus for me. Also, it's sleek and attractive. If there's any drawback it's a tiny one... a little coffee drips down the side of the mug after I take a drink. I have some double wall glass mugs that do the same thing so maybe it's the thicker lip? Or maybe I'm just a sloppy coffee sipper? I also noticed a pool of condensation left by my mug of hot coffee when I picked it up off my desk. I don't think it's built up from the mug, I think it probably collected under the mug while it was on my espresso machine tray. Not a fault of the mug, however I haven't noticed this with any of my other traditional mugs. Easy fix, I'll just use a coaster when at my desk. It's a little pricy but I'll most likely order a few more for guests (and so I don't have to drink out of the exact same mug every morning). I kinda feel sorry for the rest of my mugs because I likely won't use them again.

The product is good.
This product is a little less durable, but it's good for a variety of uses carefully.

Very nice? Well, TBD…
These mugs look 95% as good at they do in the product photos. From an aesthetics and function standpoint, I give them 5 stars. However, I noticed the packaging photos, included a picture of the mugs filled with coffee and a cocktail umbrella stuck in it and a fruit wedge tucked on the opposite side of the rim. This “unorthodox” presentation of a coffee drink made me suspicious that the mugs might have been manufactured by people who don’t actually drink coffee (or worse, who actually drink coffee with a slice of fruit and a cocktail umbrella in their coffee). Either way, the photo raised my suspicions and I checked the manufacturing location. Sure enough, made in China. Don’t get me wrong, there are plenty of high quality products made in China, but the stereotype is not born out of thin air. Armed with this knowledge, I examined the product more closely and the copper base now felt more hollow and somewhat precarious, like it could fall out after a few uses. Now, let’s talk about the negatives… Just kidding, this is a nice mug, a bit overpriced at $50 for both the 11oz and 6.5oz bundle after closer inspection of the build quality. All that said, it looks nice enough and feels solid in the hand and the double wall insulation does keep the drink warmer longer compare to a regular ceramic mug. The copper base is a nice visual touch, but it does prevent me from adding some milk and heating it up in the microwave before adding the coffee in. It does say it is dishwasher safe. After a couple uses, the coffee washed off easily without residue or stains on the nice white ceramic.

The Cadillac of Coffee Mugs
Great style, great quality, it’s also got some weight to it. Don’t mess with someone who is holding one. 😆

Deeply disappointed by discoloration.
As a few others have said, the metal on the base has a very cheap and fragile coloration. I assumed that it was a copper alloy, or was at least anodized. It is not. After only a few cycles in the dishwasher, the color is completely gone, leaving behind the natural color of the metal, which is a plain-jane silver. The mug remains attractive and has otherwise dealt with use well, but this hints at a cheapness and lack of material quality that I find hard to stomach. I specifically sought out a BRAND. I wanted a company that cared about their products and cared to maintain a reputation. As for the performance, I very much like the durability compared to glass double-walled mugs like those from Bodum. This mug will lose heat faster than one of those, but not by much. I ran an experiment with 240g of boiling water in pre-heated mugs and after fifteen minutes the Fellow mug was 8 degrees cooler than the Bodum mug or off-brand mug. Not too bad, BUT, since the metal base makes microwaving impossible, you cannot give your drink a little boost in temperature. This performance concern was acceptable for the attractive design.Which is why I am so disappointed by the color loss. They are undoubtedly aware of this, and as such, the "dishwasher safe" label is inaccurate. No, it will not "damage" the mug, but it will irrevocably change its character. Because of that, while I am happy with the mugs that I have and will not dispense with them, I will not buy any more. Performance in the traditional glass double-walled mugs is altogether better, and since the aesthetics do not age well, the trade-off is not worth it.

Classy Elegant Cup
I love the smooth and solid feel of the cup. My coffee tastes better in it. It is easy to clean but doesn't keep the coffee warm any longer than other cups. I do love the elegant copper like base. The blue is sexy. The white is classy. You can use it for a makeup brush holder once you tire of using it as a cup. Love ❤️

Aesthetics > Substance
Nice looking mug, but it cracked within weeks from light usage. Never cleaned in dishwasher or dropped— it simply started cracking just beneath the lip. Mug also barely kept the coffee warm for more than minutes— I had questions about its integrity from the first cold sip. Pass on this, as the looks aren’t commensurate with the lack of functionality.
