(Other name brand products that we used in the past started to make me feel sick. The scent that was left over would show up in our food from pots, pans, and silicone cooking utensils. The white powder residue that smelled like fake fresh scents grossed me out.)We switched to this when I went on a journey looking for something healthier and scent free! No more chemical scent and minimal white residue left on the dishes. I am very happy with how well it cleans our dishes. It’s pricey… so not great value for our money but I do like the product! Highly recommend.

I was getting my hair done when through discussion, she said she did a lot of research on pods and the discovery is that the thin shell that the liquid is captured in is not dissolving and is building up in the pipes of the dishwasher. That and I always wondered the equal distribution of the liquid within the pod. (I had a pod with three different colors to dissolve). Going back to liquid just makes sense. This liquid is thick not thin and specific for dishes (NOT clothes).

I always look for this unscented dishwashing soap because it washes the dishes well and does not leave any scent behind! I was a lifelong user of Dawn and Cascade but switched to unscented soaps when I had kids. It truly is hard to go back to the OGs of soaps because the scent is so overwhelming! Seventh Generation works well, has better ingredients, and is scent free!! Give it a try, and you will notice the difference.

The dishwasher repair person who fixed my dishwasher told me never to use powders, because they can gunk up the works inside a dishwasher. I had been using an unscented, environmentally safe powder, so I tried this one and, despite that it's in a ridiculous, non-reusable plastic bottle, it works well and I'll be buying it from now on. But why doesn't 7th Generation package all of its product in paper-based bottles, or in glass? The plastic that 7th Generation uses for nearly all its packaging just means that whatever good you think you're doing for the environment, by using their products, is negated multifold by being packaged in single-use plastic bottles.

I hate when my plasticware smells and tastes like the dish detergent. This does not leave a residue or smell.

Good size can use for long time and the bottle did not break on delivery. Little to no leakage and value was great value. no smell or residue after use on dishwasher or utensils.

I like 7th generation products because of no harmful chemicals and the dishwasher soap gets the dishes clean. The only down side is their products get harder to find, luckily Amazon has everything.

It's a challenge to find liquid dishwasher soap even in stores.This cleans very well as compared to other companies we've tried.Powder detergent does NOT break down and if you have a septic literally forms clumps in the tank.Septic expert agreed that powder is a no go IF you have a septic system.Would def buy again!

I did not have a great time using eco friendly dishwasher tabs as they left a residue in my dishwasher.After looking in many places.. I finally found that this great product that does a clean job! It is earth friendly and does not leave a residue on the dishes. Keeps the dishwasher clean too.

Works great but OMG what an eye watering price. I hadn't quite twigged the price when I ordered otherwise I probably wouldn't have ordered.Because of the prohibitive cost I alternate it with a supermarket bought product.

This dishwasher liquid is great and cleans everytime! Works waaay better than other name brand dishwasher cleaners we've used.

I find that the conventional dishwasher detergents leave a aftertaste on the glass. This one makes me feel comfortable to wash are dishes and leaves me reassured as a mom that our kids aren't swallowing a bunch of harmful chemicals. It is not as strong as other detergents for cleaning but I simply adjusted the settings on our dishwasher and it seems to be working fine. I will buy it again!

I’ve tried a lot of dishwasher soaps and this is my favourite. For reference, I have a frigidaire stainless dishwasher. This soap leaves the dishes squeaky clean with no residue. I hadn’t realized my old soap left residue until switching to this. Unscented, which I like and our dishwasher seems cleaner since switching to this.
