I highly recommend this cleanse by Dr. Cabral. I followed directions to the T and within a week had shed a significant amount of water weight and felt great! It was a great kickstart to getting back on track with my wellness.

I was worried about the fasting portion of the cleanse, but went really well with no hunger issues. Felt great when I completed the cycle. Will definitely do this ever few months.

I should have known when they don't stand by the product enough to support a return policy that this wouldn't be a wise purchase. A friend suggested it and I purchased without investigating (another bad idea). The ingredients list sugar and the ever mysterious "natural flavors". Who ever heard of a clean detox containing sugar? I eat a very clean diet (no gluten or dairy and lots of fruits, vegetables, fish. I followed directions for two days and then stopped. The drinks taste terrible but that wouldn't be a deal breaker for me. What makes me take the time to write the review is that I felt very sick for four days. I had the worst migraine I have ever had (for four days) and could not get off the couch or out of the dark as a result. Yes, I know there are side effects with a detox but this went beyond that. If you want to embark on a detox regimen, I suggest you find a local health food store or reputable functional medicine doctor to help you find products that you can return. This company seems to be all about profit, in my opinion, as they keep sending emails trying to sell me more products. NOT A FAN.

This is an amazing product! These are high quality supplements, with an effective method, to attain a deep liver detoxification and purify the body of toxins. I lost about 5 pounds in one week! It comes with easy to follow instructions and a healthy food guide. There are also links for additional information and podcasts with tips on how to complete the detox. The daily nutritional support powder is loaded with vitamins, protein, and minerals. Also, it’s vegan and hypoallergenic, which is great since I have food allergies. The chocolate flavor is very tasty and goes great in a shake or smoothie. I’m so glad the detox and other Equilibrium Nutrition products are now available on Amazon! I had it delivered the next day! I will definitely buy this product again and highly recommend it.

I didn't eat for 2.5 days and was not hungry. My energy was great and really didn't think about food. I didn't have a major poo issue either like some I have tried in the past. But my digestion system is pretty consistent, so may not be the best judge from that perspective.

I’ve been doing this cleanse once a month since June and I’ve lost 20 pounds! Keep in mind that I also ate clean when not drinking the shakes and kept a steady workout routine 5 days a week. I felt so good after doing them each time. I also feel like my hair is shinier. This is such a healthy product to incorporate into your life! I’ve learned to make my meals fun. Usually do cucumber, grape tomato and chick pea salad with olive oil and lemon juice for lunch and then chicken, mushroom and snap peas for dinner among many of the other options!

I won’t place the positive aspects of this detox as those prior have noted it already. This detox works really well. However my protein powder did not last until the end of my detox. Just did my last shake of the day and there is nothing left for my last two days. Very disappointed that I won’t be able to complete the detox. I may just do a 24 hour fast to compensate but would have like to finish the full detox. NOT HAPPY.

Wanted to treat myself and decided to do something to kick start my health since I was feeling sluggish. The 7 day detox in chocolate was not bad tasting at all. Sometimes I drank it cold other time I would had warm water tricking myself into thinking it was hot chocolate. The first 2 days were not bad by 3rd day I was getting headaches and was tired which was from caffeine withdrawal. Overall I felt great when I was done would definitely do it again.
