In this way, my face can be kept up the good work and practice self-care.I have been looking for the best anti-aging device for home use, and I don’t want to resort to cosmetic surgery or needles, and this device is a cheaper alternative.This device uses radio frequency technique that means radio waves heat the skin’s deepest layer so as to boost collagen production. That will in turn tighten your skin, resulting in fewer wrinkles.The way I use mine is by applying some serum first and then I use the roller on my face. I recommend putting this device on a lower level when using for the first time. It is not painful at all, but does cause a tingling sensation. After two weeks, I feel like my face get accustomed to this device, then I increase the level setting. Now I am used to this treatment I can do it twice every week. My skin looks less dull and feels plumper and more defined.In my opinion as we get older, normal skin-care products are not enough to make a big difference with wrinkles and sagged skin. This device intended for home use is as powerful as those you will find in a beauty salon or doctor’s office.Overall this skin care device is a good option for me. Now I am a huge fan and love the way my skin looks, specially it’s clarity. I can do feel that skin is a bit thicker and the pores smaller. Remember that this device won’t stop my skin from aging, because aging is natural process, but this device does improve my skin appearance.

I previously rated this item with 1 STAR, due to the poor condition of the item being shipped to me in such a poor condition. After posting my review, a rep from the company reached out to me to fix the situation, and so that I maybe able to experience its full benefits and quality. I appreciate that there is someone that manage this issues and that they are responsive. After being sent a new and complimentary unit, I can tell that the item met my standards and expectations. Unfortunately, was not able to post the newer photos due to incompatibility amazon dont allow .HEIC and just .JPEG*****Initial Response***** 1 STARWhat I disliked about this is that I recieved an item that is evidently showing that the product was used and returned by another customer, and poorly repacked. There are signs of it being wiped with wet cloth if you look closely it left marks on the item, no guide book included and comparing to the photo posted by another customer theirs are securely sealed and mine came in just like this. And there where hair inside the box. Someone used this for a certain period and returned. Poorly handled on their side, expecting to pay for the price for a brand new item and not a hand me down.

Don't. Just don't. It is a total waste of money. One of the heads doesn't heat up and tried to contact company when I first purchased it and they never responded.

I was having trouble with inconsistent heating and summer with the customer service team was great to work with and help walk me through some potential issues.

I was very worried when the product needed to be repaired, so it was a huge relief when, after I contacted the company, I received a replacement for my MLAY within 2 days. MLAY is a useful tool that can save you hundreds, if not thousands of dollars in terms of facial care, if you can establish a good routine with it.

Bought this for my wife, in a month's time she started noticing difference in skin tone, which became more even, deeper wrinkles are getting less noticeable, in whole she's happy with the product. First one I bought stopped working for whatever reasons, I contacted their custom services and pretty soon (considering it was around Christmas time) I got my replacement that works perfect.

I loved this product at first. I started noticing high pitch sounds, followed by lower/dull sounds after awhile. Soon I noticed that the heat was inconsistent...it would be very hot for 3 seconds, then cold for 15 seconds. Eventually it stopped working altogether. I bought the product in 2020..so it has been 2 years. I have used it about 20 times and taken very good care of it. I reached out to the company and they couldn't do anything because it was "past warranty". While I understand company policies are there for a reason, I do believe there should be some type of technical support to get the product working correctly. For that large of a purchase, it sure didn't seem to last very long.

I think we are so used to seeing instant results that we want everything right now, and I am no exception to that. With this machine what I learned to do is be patient, only use it 3 times a week! No exceptions, and take a before picture. It has gradually smoothed out my face & feel better. My skin looks tighter as well as my wrinkles from smiling so much smoothing out, I have certainly gotten my moneys worth. After you purchase the seller also sends you instructions/tips which help alot. I wish it was a little longer just because I like to put it on the floor but other than that I really am getting my moneys worth and have seen positive results. If you want to save money and driving to an office just buy this and get similar results.
