I want to return this coffee where are the instructions?

If you bought it through Amazon, click on Returns & Orders in the upper right-hand corner of the Amazon screen and find return instructions to the right of your original order. Did you not like the coffee? It's not meant to taste like hot chocolate. I just add a little to my regular coffee to give it a hint of chocolate flavor. I like the aroma as much as anything.

can I use this coffee to make espresso with a moka pot?

I don’t know the answer to your question but, it’s a great tasting coffee.
