Finally, an adapter that has tip size listed correctly. Fits perfectly for Epson LW-400.

Needed these to add a non-standard power supply for my mirrorless camera, since the supply that came with the ac adapter kit was unreliable. The new supply had a 5.5x2.1 plug and the camera battery adapter had the other side of this plug adapter.It feels fairly solid and works well. It makes a solid connection. A little pricey but it's a hard to find part, so I'm happy.

These work great for my trail cams. But I only get about one season out of them. After about a year they start to corrode and stop working (East Texas). But at this price I just buy extras and keep them on hand.

If you have gear from cycle gear and need an adapter to fit the male DC plugs, this is the adapter for them (lousy company doesn’t want to give information of what sizes they are so here’s a helping hand)

Worked on my yaesu ham radios. Vx-150

4 mm plug end fits Tascam DR-680mkII perfectly and snugly. Does not fall out of 4 mm socket, reducing the risk of cutting power to the recorder during use. Fits just as snugly as the OEM AC converter that comes with the recorder. This is a relief because some of the other 4.0 mm adapters I've tried from Amazon are loose and fall out of the recorder's power socket easily.NOTE: THIS DOES NOT FIT TASCAM DR-680, WHICH REQUIRES 5.5MM CONNECTOR.As others have noted, the wire seems flimsy and thin, but given the relative difficulty in finding suitable adapter that fits properly, I've accepted this possible limitation, hence, the 4 stars. HOWEVER, this adapter cable appears to be the same gauge wire which is used on the OEM Tascam AC adapter, so the choice of cable gauge seems to match the manufacturer's judgement on power handling capability and endurance. I have not owed these items long enough to form an opinion on their durability.Since the item works, my strategy is to buy more now as spares if the wiring fails later and these may later become unavailable.
