Q: are these suitable to use in a vivarium

Hi. My personal view is they would be OK in a vivarium. I use them in cigar humidors up to 84% RH so I don’t see why you cannot use them in a vivarium for between 30-50%.

Q: Can they be recalibrated?

Not as such, but you can take the battery out for 30 minutes, then replace, to get a kind of reset

Q: Do these have a memory, eg so I can check the range of temperature and humidity while I have been out ?

No the readout is near real time. The display of temp and humidity updates every few seconds. Hold it in your hand and the rise of temperature and humidity show within seconds.
