Exactly what I ordered.

Initially bought this for my toddler. He is not good at blowing his nose so this spray really clears out his sinuses. Used it on myself and it feels like pool water but it's temporary and most importantly, you can breathe again!!!

I'm just getting over a crappy cold that was mainly sinus. This helped loosen and clear thing out considerably in the morning. Nice to keep that stuff out of your chest, shower's a good place to do it.

It works well to help flush nasal passages. Easier to use than a neti pot. If you like/need to use this daily, you should buy one of the refill packs along with it since there are only 20 saline packets in the kit.

I used this a few times and it didn't really clean anything out. Made my nose a little more runny, but didn't actually flush anything out. It was a flop for me

Just feel like it didn’t clean out my nose. It worked and drained each nostril but once I was done I was still clogged.
