Are the cups padded enough to give shape (vs. squeezing you flat like with sports bra)?

Yes the cups are padded and give you shape. I finally gave up my underwire bras after finding this bra. Looks good under tee shirts, most anything. Very, very comfortable.

Has anyone washed it with a lingerie bag in the washing machine? I really hate hand wash only things.
