Would recommend, held so much. I couldn’t take the strong mint with others, this has a light mint smell. And issue is not as adhesive……

The product does not stick on for 5 minutes, let alone the claim of cooling effect upto 8 hours. I tried everything, clean my feet before sticking the patches. They won't stick. Waste of money.

This provides relief but doesn’t stay on for long. The adhesive is not strong so the patches tend to curl up on the edges and fold over before eventually coming off your feet.

I like these pain patches but I feel there are not many in the box for the price and the relief seems to not last very long. I only feel relief for a short pint of time.

These are the best heel spur patches I have ever had. I am a professional dancer with a heal spur for about 2 years now. I keep on getting treatments but trying to avoid surgery for it will take me out of my profession for at least a few months. These are light weight, medicated, and good to wear with a heel pad and it doesn't get into the way of my movements while in pointe shoes and ballet shoes or even ballroom heels. I wear them during dance class in my pointe shoes and hide them under my tights. Also, a nice blister prevention technique.

These pads didn’t work for me.
