Bought this to frost out a couple lower window panes in order to keep the dogs from barking at literally anything.Easy to apply, easy to remove excess overspray via razor blade.Better than applying diffused film. Way easier

Using this spray worked perfectly. I used it on the sidelights on my front door, as opposed to using static cling film. In my experience, It was quite a bit easier to mask everything off, and spray the windows, than cutting and applying the film. Static film would more than likely be far more durable to damage of scratching, but I have not had any issues for nearly a year of being applied. Be sure to apply it in multiple coats, and be well aware of how evenly you apply the spray. It will be evident that some areas are heavier than others if you aren't careful.I haven't used it in a high moisture environment, so I can't speak to the durability of the finish in that type of environment.

This worked fairly well, but the smell was awful. You need to be sure to open all the windows around where yo are spraying because it made me and my husband cough for 3 days from breathing it.

I have a room that, according to Building & Safety, kinda isn't supposed to be there. And it sits right in front, so anyone driving by can see when the light is on. That is no problem, as I put in those very cool blinds. However, the slightly problematic person I have installed down there likes to leave the shades up just a tiny bit so a nosy person could look inside and say, Hey now! What's all this?! So, I very lightly frosted the bottom of each window (like early morning dew) and now, ya can't see inside!

In the middle of remodeling my house and this window will be closed in from the inside but left as a window on the outside of the house.This was the perfect solution to blocking the inside view and not worrying if in 5years plus something would fall etc...cant are a thing from inside or outBuild the transparency slowly to your liking

Item description on the listing lists all of the perks and benefits of this spray and also mentions it can be used for indoor use. The picture on the listing of the front of the can shows all of the pros and how wonderful this spray is in big letters along with a picture. However on the bottom part of the front of the can right under the picture of the window looking so nice, there is a small portion of very small print which is hard to read and barely visible on the picture on the listing. I couldn’t make out that small print on the bottom of the can in the picture on the listing and ordered this spray based on the description listed on Amazon stating how great the product is and how easy it is to use. Nothing in the description listed any warnings, hazards or dangers of this product. I ordered based on the positive description as well as the positive stuff listed in large print and large pretty window picture on the front. I was unable to make out the small print under the picture of the window and figured if this was hazardous or any danger the item description itself would’ve mentioned it and that there would be a hazardous symbol or large print wording of anything dangerous or hazardous. After receiving the can and reading the small print on the bottom, there were hazardous warnings and when I turn the can around and looked at the back, the directions were in such small print that without a magnifying glass the words are pretty much unable to read being such small print. The remaining part of the back of the can is nothing but dangers and numerous warnings...contains acetone and several other extremely harmful dangerous chemicals along with Danger! Extremely flammable, contents under pressure, vapor harmful, clearly states in small print on back of van contains solvents which can cause permanent brain and nervous system damage. Says this product contains chemicals known to cause cancer and birth defects or other reproductive harm, and also fire hazard warnings. Several other health related warnings listed on back of can as well. The smell of this spray is extremely potent and strong and even with ventilation, us cracking windows and opening the door to outside to try to rid the massive smell out of the house faster, it still took quite awhile for the odor to die down. This product has so many warnings, hazards, and is so extremely flamable as listed on back of can numerous times in small print and with the massive amount of warnings on back of can and it being so extremely flammable, this information should’ve been very much listen in great detail in item description and there should be large printed warnings along with a large or decent sized flammable symbol right on the very front of the can and very visible for anyone buying or considering buying this product to automatically see and know right away. So flamable , dangerous and hazardous warnings in small print on the back and for so many warnings on back, this should be clearly stated in description and on the front of the can large enough for people to see before buying and warn them of all of these hazards and the fact that it’s extremely flamable. This spray says it is ok to use indoors? With all of these dangers and warnings on the back of the can and how potent the smell is along with causing cancers, permanent brain and other health issues, and birth defects, this is completely unsafe to be using indoors period! Harmful to humans living indoors and dangerous for our pets to be around! If your going to make an indoor spray with all of these hazards and dangers, it should be in the item description and not just in super small print on back of the can. These hazards and that it’s extremely flamable should be clearly and largely listed right on the front of the can to let people know and warn people before they buy it like I did and end up finding all of this horrible stuff out after buying it and it being delivered. Due to the lack of warnings and dangers in description and these bad things not being clearly listed and visible very large and clearly on the front of the can, I will never purchase this again, will not recommend it to anyone, and will warn people about this stuff, educating others on this harmful info and encouraging them to not buy this because of the dangers and not being listed in description or anywhere visible on front of that can! People have a right to know these things! I give this product 1 star and that’s only because 0 stars or a negative rating isn’t an option. Very disappointed with how poorly this was advertised and hazards and dangers we’re not in description and basically hidden and in such small print on the back of the can and not once single visible or readable warning front and center somewhere on front of can. Bad business!

But I think this is dumb way to frost glass on your front door. There is other ways to reduce or block light from getting in. Just saying

it wasn't hard to use. it does stink up the area, ALOT. make sure to have good ventilation for this one.another thing is they do run on you very easily. i found it best to multi coats. wait about 5 to 10 mins per coat.
