Yes be sure select the correct product though They are excellent harnesses and I am still using the same one after 2 years I have a ranger green one with British patches and a khaki one for warmer weather. You can get waterproof coats that go under them although I cannot be sure whether they still sell them on Amazon

Probably large as we have the medium for our Doberman and he is on the smaller side.
