Perfect for rum cakes

My cake stuck
Actually the fact that my cake stuck could be due to the fact that I used oil instead of butter. A YouTube video said that oil tends roll away whereas softened butter clings much better. I had a deadline for this wretched cake so I bought another brand. No problems with this, but it might have been my error. I will use the tin above and see how I fare with it armed with recently gained info. I did like the silicone handles. Very useful.
