Ordered once, and it came with many broken & chipped pieces. There was NO "fragile" label or sticker on the box, which I pointed out when I returned it, and you'd think would be a no brainer for anything glass, porcelain or breakable.Returned it & received a replacement, which was also broken and chipped! Again, there was NO "fragile" label or sticker!!! At this point, I returned it for a refund.The cups are SUPER thin & fragile, and even the thicker pot & plates/saucers were too thin to be "usable" in my opinion. If the company cannot even mark their boxes for proper handling of such a delicate item(s), you can expect it to arrive broken.

I ordered this to take to work with me. It is a great little set. Keep in mind the teapot is very small. You should read the dimensions before ordering. If you are using it for just yourself it is perfect for doing many pours. It is well made, the teapot pours great. The cups are a bit small, but i use a different cup anyways. The tray catches all the water easily.

It is very small, which can be a blessing or a curse.The top lid came with the small nob broken off.The bottom has nothing under it to make moving it easier, and its rather rough.The tea cups are very hot when tea is poured into them, and they do not have a wide enough lip to hold.The holes in the teapot are quite big, so some tea fragments make it into the tea.The whole set feels rather breakable.Its a decent set, but with a little more attention to detail it could really be a lovely set, perhaps it would cost 20 dollars more and be a little bigger. Then it would be perfect for setting up at your work desk.

A wonderful and charming and fully functional clay teaset. I received it many days before anticipated date. Packed extremely well. I seasoned the teapot and cups. When the time came to brew the tea, it was a delightful experience and the tea was great.

this thing is super tiny and some fragile... i ordered mine and when it came i was pretty disappointed.. its so small that when u fill the water on the tea pot it wont even fill ONE cup... maybe u can get two half cups... when my order came, the cup was also chipped... hence i returned it... this looks nice and all but im not sure how good it would be to actually drink some tea.
